Night Walk to the Source of the South Tyne River

The first walk of the year was a new venture for Alston Moor Walkers are Welcome – a night walk.  The conditions were excellent – not a breath of wind and good light from both the moon and reflected from the snow.

It was also great to see the new marker stone at the source supportive of the Daft As A Brush cancer care trust.
